It’s better than it sounds, since it is a sandwich with all the toppings — roast beef, turkey, ham, salami, and cheese. And, like most sandwiches from the five-outlet chain, it only costs $4.99. SLIPPING AWAY Lingerie boutique A La Folie closed its store yesterday after five and a half years at 1844 Fourth Street. Owner Shelley Grubb said the lease was not renewed. It’s possible Grubb will open another brick-and-mortar business elsewhere. Meanwhile, bras, camisoles and swimwear from makers such as Aubade and Nina Ricci, can be bought on A La Folie’s website, and the store will continue to hold trunk shows at The Claremont Hotel. Grubb adds that individual appointments for fittings can be made by telephoning 510-356-4477.
